The pins that come to us from the undercarriage tracks of bulldozers, excavators, tractors, tanks, and similar track-propelled equipment are removed or installed using hydraulic track pin press. Caterpillar, continuous track, and tank tread are different names for the track. We need a hydraulic pressures to push the pins holding the modular plates into place. A portable hydraulic track field press is provided for smaller machines and bigger equipment tracks.
The track chains (end bolt-on) on excavators are removed and installed using the hydraulic track pin press, model number TPP63. The tool can be utilized on the job site to save time and in places that are tough to access for other equipment. The TPP63 is ready for usage after a hydraulic pump is connected.
63-tonne capacity; operate in situ; cylinder CHF63-60 provided; working pressure 70 MPa; accessories for various track diameters included; tool assembled for ease of handling.
The TPP63 comes with six different-sized mandrel and centering sleeves for various track sizes and has a binding capacity of 63 metric tonnes.
The following are examples of uses for which the TPP63 may be appropriate: forest machinery, construction sites, mining facilities, and landscaping activities.
removal and installation of master pins, track pins, and master bushes on all models of excavators and dozers
Portable and applicable to both shop floors and sites. Handling during operation calls requires a small crane or Hydra. Avoid using the laborious sledgehammering technique of old to remove and install master pins. A chain section should not be gas-cut to replace the master pin. Casting made of alloy steel with bushes made of hardened alloy steel. Less noise when in use. Dust cover made of plastic on Qcc. On request, aluminum dust caps.
Folded into a compact 31.25″ x 13.5″ x 10.75″ box, the ALL NEW 75 TON TRACBUSTER1500 can be put together quickly and ready for use. It may easily fit over the chain link because of the elegant C-frame design. One person can easily use it and it is equipped with safety features that keep potentially hazardous scenarios out of operation.
Even simpler and faster operation is possible with an electrical device, although this requires an external electrical supply that can also come from a tiny generator. It is equipped with an electrically controlled pump that provides pressure stages with automatic switching.
An internal safety valve that is factory calibrated for the maximum operating pressure; a four-way manual distributor with a pressure gauge, three-position lever, and an external valve that is adjustable.
